If you make payments through UPI every day, then BHIM 3.0 can prove to be a game changer for you. NPCI’s new BHIM 3.0 app is not only a means of sending and receiving money, but now it has also become a smart money manager. New features like Split Expense, Spend Analytics, and Built-in Assistant have been added to it, which will make it very easy to track your expenses and share bills with friends. BHIM is no longer just a payment app, but has become a trusted companion of your digital finance.

The third major update has been released giving a new look to the Government of India’s digital payment app BHIM. BHIM 3.0 has been specially designed keeping in mind the needs of common users, businessmen and banks. Many such features have been added to this new version, which will make everyday transactions even more comfortable, smart and secure.

Key features of BHIM 3.0

Bill sharing facility

Now it has become easier than ever to share any kind of expense with friends or family. Expense analysis

Users will now be able to see a complete account of every month’s expenses on the BHIM app. The new Spend Analytics feature automatically divides expenses into different categories, making budgeting and saving easier than ever.

Family mode

BHIM’s new Family mode allows adding family members to the same app. With this, you can keep an eye on their expenses and assign them necessary payments. This feature makes the family’s collective financial planning easier.

Reminder Alert

Now the BHIM app will periodically remind users of important payments. Whether it is a pending bill, UPI Lite activation, or low balance – the app will automatically send reminders so that no important transaction is missed.

Special for merchants

Keeping merchants in mind, a new feature called ‘BHIM Vega’ has been added to the BHIM app. Through this, merchants can accept payments within the app itself. This will eliminate the need for customers to switch to any other app and the transaction process will be faster.

On the occasion of the launch of BHIM 3.0, Ajay Kumar Chaudhary said, “BHIM has played an important role in making digital payments secure and simple in India. With BHIM 3.0, we are taking another step towards further empowering users, merchants, and banks.”

Lalita Nataraj, CEO, NBSL said, “BHIM 3.0 has been designed keeping in mind the needs of today’s digital payment users. It is specially designed for India, with security, convenience, and inclusiveness as the priority. It aims to improve user experience and make every section of society financially strong.
