Big news for pensioner’s. The month of November is important for pensioners. Pensioners have to submit their life certificate in the month of November to get the pension received every month from the central and state government. Pensioners have to submit this certificate between November 1 and November 30. Meanwhile, Northern Railway has launched Digital Life Certificate Campaign 3.0 to mitigate the problems of pensioners. Under this campaign, camps are being organized at many places including railway stations, headquarters offices, divisional offices and railway workshops till November 2024.
What are the places where the camps will be held?
On November 22, Northern Railway will organise a camp at Kurukshetra railway station at 11 am. Pensioners can also submit Life Certificate here. At the same time, Northern Railway has organized camps in many places. These include Ghaziabad, Rohtak, Tughlakabad, Gurgaon, Panipat and Jind.
Here are some simple steps to submit a Digital Life Certificate
To submit the life certificate online to the pensioner, first download the Aadhaar Face RD from the Google Play Store. This UIDAI app supports the back-end process for the Jeevan Pramaan application. One thing to note in this is that the latest supported version of the Aadhaar Face RD app is to be downloaded. Now first of all, open the Jeevan Pramaan app. After this, you will be redirected to the ‘Operator Authentication’ page. In the next step, fill in your Aadhaar card number, phone number, and email address. After this, mark on the checkbox and then click on the submit button. You will receive an OTP on your phone number and email. After this, enter the OTP in the next step. After the authentication is complete, you will be asked to enter your name in the Aadhaar card. In the next step, the app will ask for access to the phone’s camera to scan your face. After scanning the face, you will reach the pensioner authentication page.
In the next step, details like your name, type of pension, PPO number, pension account number will be asked and fill all these carefully. After this, now choose your disbursing agency. After verifying all the details, submit the form. You will also be asked to scan the second face for pensioner verification. In the next step, when the scan is complete, you will get a confirmation of your digital life certificate being submitted.
