Big update for EPFO members. The Employees Provident Fund Organization is setting up camps for e-nomination in PF accounts. These events are scheduled for February 27 in Dehradun, Haridwar, and all districts in Garhwal. There will also be a pension help desk at the camp to assist EPFO pensioners with their issues.
Regional Provident Fund Commissioner Vishwajeet Sagar mentioned that these camps are part of the ‘Nidhi 2.0 Aapke Paas program.’ Each district will host one camp, focusing on e-nomination for EPF accounts and educating account holders about the process. He emphasized that e-nomination is now mandatory for EPFO accounts, making it easier to withdraw funds, access pensions, and receive emergency payments.
On February 27, the camp will take place at Advanced Panels and Switchgear Private Limited in SIDCUL Haridwar, Sara Industrial Rampur in Selaqui, Dehradun, Apara Amusement Shivpuri in Tehri Garhwal, Shri Siddhbali Public School Sigaddi in Kotdwar, Re-New Energy Agastyamuni in Rudraprayag, Nagar Palika Parishad Office in Joshimath, and Nagar Palika Parishad in Badkot, Uttarkashi. EPFO account holders are encouraged to attend and get their queries resolved.
