According to District Supply Officer Vandana Kumari, e-KYC work has not been done by 1,88,550 beneficiaries in the district. In this regard, the District Supply Officer was directed to organize special camps in all the blocks and do extensive publicity for completing e-KYC.

The District Magistrate has appealed to all the ration card holders of the district to get Aadhaar seeding done compulsorily by March 31. Customers can get Aadhaar seeding done quickly for free through the e-pass machine kept at the distribution system vendor’s shop. Customers can also get e-KYC done through their mobile devices, so there will be no problem.

Farmers can apply for crop insurance based on ration cards. If women do not have a gas cylinder connection, they can avail the benefit of gas cylinder for free through ration card under Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana. At the same time, artisans and craftsmen can benefit from ration card under Pradhan Mantri Vishwakarma Yojana.
