Location of Flats
More than 250 flats have been built in Rohini Sectors 34 and 35, which are for the LIG category. They are priced at Rs 12-15.5 lakh. 180 have been built in the Mangolpuri area, which are for the EWS category. Their price has been fixed at Rs 32-35 lakh. 1800 EWS flats have been built in Sector A1-A4 (Pockets 1A, 1B, and 1C) of Narela. The price of which has been kept from 18 to 20 lakh rupees. Apart from this, flats in Siraspur, Lok Nayak Puram, and other areas are also ready for sale. The total number of DDA flats is 2500.
How much can I book a flat for?
DDA has kept the booking amount of all flats separately. Booking of EWS flats has been fixed at Rs 50 thousand, booking of LIG flats at Rs 1 lakh, booking of MIG flats at Rs 4 lakh. At the same time, the highest booking amount has been kept at Rs 10 lakh for HIG flats. Talking about the registration fee, it is Rs 2500 for all, which will be non-refundable.
How to register?
Applications for these flats will be re-applied from November 14. For this, updates will be given on the official site of DDA. As soon as the registration opens on November 14, apply on the lines of first come, first served. For this, it is necessary to have a self-attested copy of the PAN card and identity card (passport, government ID card, driving license, ration card, Aadhaar card).
