This is how you can get a ration card
If your ration card is not made yet. But if you are eligible for it. So you can apply to get a ration card. For this, first of all you have to go to your nearest Food and Supply Department office. If you want, you can also download the application form from the official website of the Food Department.
You have to enter all the information asked in the application form correctly. Along with this, the related documents that have been asked from you. They also have to be attached with the application. After this you have to take your application form and related documents and submit it to your nearest rationing office.
After this the concerned officer will verify the information given by you and your application. After this he will do further process. After the completion of the verification process, your ration card will be made and you will be able to get free ration on it.
