Bullet Train: There is another good news for the people of Bihar. let us tell you that like China and Japan, bullet trains will also pass through Bihar. For this the National High Speed Rail Corporation Limited has released the route chart of Bihar for the Varanasi-Howrah bullet train corridor.

Let us tell you that about 50 km of elevated line will be laid in Bhojpur district, for which survey work is going on. Survey workers are going from village to village and collecting data of houses and concrete structures and existing structures coming in the way.

After the completion of the survey work, the work of land acquisition is expected to start from 2025. Bullet train will pass through five districts in Bihar. Which includes Buxar, Ara, Jehanabad, Patna and Gaya. This train will run at a speed of 350 km per hour. Every district will have its own station.

The Varanasi-Howrah High Speed Rail Corridor project has gained more momentum. This 799 km long corridor will pass through 739 villages in 18 districts of four states UP, Bihar, Jharkhand and West Bengal. The bullet train will pass through 58 villages in five districts of Bihar at a speed of 350 km. This includes Gaya, Buxar, Jehanabad, Patna and Ara districts.

A total of five stations will be built in the state. That is, one station will be built in every district. The entire work will be done in two phases. In the first phase, stations will be built in Buxar, Patna and Gaya while in the second phase, stations will be built in Ara and Jehanabad.

Land acquisition has started in all the five districts. More than 60 km of elevated track will be built in Patna and for this 135 hectares of land will be acquired in Danapur, Phulwari Sharif, Sampatchak, Masaurhi and Vikram area. The DM has already held a meeting regarding land acquisition.
