Family Identity Card: In Haryana, the Family Identity Card Authority has started the provision of removing wrong names in the Family ID and adding correct names. The state government was receiving some complaints on the basis of general feedback.

Therefore, this process has been started so that there should be no errors in the family ID, if there are any, then the administration should resolve them immediately, orders for this have been issued, according to Dr. Satish Khola, State Coordinator of the Family Identity Card Authority. A citizen can register his complaint by visiting the government website merapariavar.hariyana.gov.in from his own mobile phone. The entire process of adding or deleting a person’s name will be completed within 30 days.
Do it yourself correction like this
1. Login to My Family and select Remove Unwanted option.
2. If you want to remove yourself from the current Family ID, mark yourself as unwanted. All members related to you will be marked as unwanted.
3. Mark yourself as essential if you want to remain in the current Family ID. All members directly related to you will automatically be marked as essential.
4. All the members who are not related to each other will be shown. Mark them as required or unwanted. So that you can keep them in the current family ID or delete them.
5. View, mark and submit the declaration form given below.
6. After submission, OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with Aadhaar for KYC verification.
7. Enter the OTP and submit for Aadhaar KYC verification.
8. Once the Aadhaar KYC verification is completed your request will be successfully submitted and the ticket number will be displayed on the screen.
