After this update, whenever the PF money is deposited in the account of the people, they will immediately know through SMS. Lakhs of people will be able to take advantage of this facility.
EPFO is getting complaints
EPFO officials said that people were getting complaints on a regular basis that companies were not depositing their PF money in the account or were delaying it. Taking cognizance of this problem, EPFO has started the facility of SMS delivery.
With this update, whenever the PF money is credited to the account of the people, they will get an SMS. Those who do not have a number linked to their PF account will not get SMS at present.
Delhi Police took big action
For your information, let us tell you that last month, Delhi Police’s EOW took action against Spice Jet Airline’s officer. The company was accused of not depositing its employees’ PF money of Rs 65 crore in their accounts.
On this, the company told the police officer that the process of depositing people’s PF money is going on, in which most of the people’s money has been deposited and the process of depositing the remaining people’s money is going on.
