PM Awas Yojana: Under the PM Gramin Awas Yojana, the first installment was sent to 75 thousand beneficiaries in Bihar. Rural Development Minister Shravan Kumar released the first installment at a program organized to send assistance amount to the accounts of beneficiaries under the scheme. A total of Rs 301 crore 18 lakh was spent for the installment sent to the accounts of 75,295 beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana in the state.

The first installment was issued to the beneficiaries of PM Gramin Awas Yojana in Bihar. For which Rs 301 crore 18 lakh was given. Rs 40,000 has been sent to the account as the first installment of the scheme.

1. First of all go to the official website of PMAY-G.

2. Click on ‘”Stakeholders”‘ appearing on the screen and select “IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary” from the drop-down menu.

3. A page named Search Beneficiary Details will open, enter your registration number and click on “Submit”. The installment information will appear on the screen. If you do not have the registration number, you can also search using the beneficiary name, BPL number, account number or other information.

6. Search for PMAYG and click on “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin”.

7. Click on “Installment Details” and enter your registration number.

During the program, the minister said that the first target under the scheme was 2,43,903 in September 2024. Under this target, the first installment was paid to about 90,000 beneficiaries in the program organized on 17 September 2024. On which an expenditure of Rs 360 crore was incurred. After this, in a program organized at the state level on 7 October 2024, the first installment was released to more than 1 lakh beneficiaries, in which Rs 400 crore was spent.
