What is the Ayushman Bharat Yojana

Under this scheme, the government bears the cost of treatment up to a maximum of ₹ 5 lakh to the beneficiary and his family.
Who can get an Ayushman card
Ayushman cards can be given only to those people whose name is included in the beneficiary list of Ayushman Bharat Yojana.

How to get an Ayushman card
There are two ways to get an Ayushman card – online and offline.
Online application
Visit the official website PMJAY – Beneficiary Portal.
Log in or register.
Fill in your and your family’s information.
Choose the online application option and fill out the form.
Upload the required documents.
Complete the OTP verification.
Complete the application by pressing the submit button.
Offline application
You can also get an Ayushman card by visiting your nearest government hospital or health and wellness center. The officials present there will help you.
