Step 4: Now you will reach the second page. Here you have to give all the details. Remember, your application can also be rejected if you give wrong information.

 

Step 5: After filling in all the information, you have to enter the captcha and select Save.

 

Step 6: After this, you have to upload the documents related to the scheme and submit the form.

As an identity proof, you can apply for PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License Card.

Upload a Cast Certificate if you are a minority

You can give a passport for proof of nationality.

Give a copy of the salary slip for income proof.

Provide a copy of passbook or cancelled cheque for bank details.
