Good news for personal vehicle owner’s. The drop in crude oil prices on the global market was reflected in the retail prices of petrol and diesel on Thursday morning. Government oil companies have updated their prices, showing a decrease in most cities across the country today. However, the four major metros, including Delhi and Mumbai, have not seen any changes in oil prices.
In Ghaziabad, UP, petrol has gone up by 12 paise, now costing Rs 94.70 per liter, while diesel has increased by 14 paise to Rs 87.81 per liter. On the other hand, in Gautam Buddha Nagar (Noida-Greater Noida), petrol has dropped by 10 paise to Rs 94.77 per liter, and diesel is down by 12 paise to Rs 87.89 per liter. Meanwhile, in Patna, Bihar, petrol has decreased by 17 paise to Rs 105.41, and diesel has fallen by 16 paise to Rs 92.26 per liter.
As for crude oil, prices have also seen a slight dip in the past 24 hours, with Brent crude now at $75.18 per barrel and WTI at $71.24 per barrel.
