Google Pay, also known as GPay, is working on an AI feature to improve the user experience and provide better services. The new AI feature will allow users to make UPI payments by speaking. This feature is expected to be launched soon. Sharat Bulusu, the Lead Product Manager of Google Pay in India, mentioned that this voice feature will make digital payments even easier. Although detailed information about this new AI voice feature is not yet available, it could prove to be a game-changer.

There are millions of Google Pay users in India who will benefit from this new AI feature. This feature will be especially helpful for those who are illiterate, making online payments easier for them. According to reports, users will be able to give instructions using only their voice and complete transactions this way. However, Google has not yet shared any details about the launch date of this feature.

Collaboration with the Government of India

Google has partnered with the Government of India for this initiative as part of the Bhasini AI project. The goal is to provide people with the ability to make payments in their local languages. Additionally, Google is investing in machine learning and AI technologies to address the rising cases of cyber fraud in India. As a result, this new AI feature could play a key role in protecting users from online scams and threats.
