Only such applicants are added to the Ayushman Card Beneficiary List who meet the following eligibility conditions:-

Ayushman cards are made only for those individuals who are natives of India.

Ayushman cards are given to all those families in the country who are economically weak.

People who are suffering from any disease are eligible to get an Ayushman Card.

Families included in the census of the year 2011 are eligible to get an Ayushman Card.

First of all, you have to go to the official website of Ayushman Card Scheme.

Now on the home page, you have to write your 10 digit mobile number in the given space and click on the Get OTP button.
