JDA Residential Scheme: Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) will soon organize regular camps for colonies that are deprived of regulation. JDA is going to launch four new residential schemes of 2500 plots.

In this regard, a meeting was held in JDA, in which Commissioner Anandi gave necessary guidelines to the zone deputy commissioners. These schemes will come in Govindpura Ropada in Zone-10, Chirota in Zone-11, Nahri Ka Bas and Jairampura in Zone-12.

In the meeting, the commissioner said that apart from this, work will also be done on making plans for an agro warehouse, vapour house, farmhouse and commercial plots in the outer zones of the city. From Wednesday, the draft SOP will be discussed for the disposal of online applications for lease-related services through the Citizen Service Center. This SOP will be implemented from October 16. The Zone Deputy Commissioner should identify government land and remove encroachment.

Rajasthan Government Lado Protsahan Yojana

Under the ‘Lado Protsahan Yojana’ of the Rajasthan Government, it will apply to girls born on and after August 1, 2024. Girls studying in government schools and girls studying in private schools will benefit from Lado Protsahan. Under this Lado Protsahan Yojana, the daughter will benefit from Rs 1 lakh. Under the scheme, an amount of Rs 1 lakh will be given in seven phases from the girl’s birth till she passes the graduation examination and completes the age of 21 years.

This scheme has been brought in compliance with the Vote on Account Declaration (2024-25) of the State Government. No restriction like caste, religion, class, or income limit exists to avail the scheme’s benefits.
