The state’s Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection Minister, Govind Singh Rajput, has also issued guidelines for this. Instructions have also been issued to propose improvements in the organizational structure in the meeting of the Board of Directors. Along with this, an appeal has also been made to take the services of a consultant if necessary.

A proposal will be prepared for organizational improvement.

In the meeting, Food, Civil Supplies, and Consumer Protection Minister Govind Singh Rajput ordered the proposer to undertake organizational improvement for the corporation. In the meeting, he said that the services of a consultant can also be obtained. Minister Govind Singh Rajput has focused on ensuring quality in procurement. As a result, the officers have been asked to inspect the procurement centers regularly. The minister said that he will examine the procurement centers and take stock.

Contract accountants will be deployed soon.

Minister Govind Singh Rajput has directed that the vacant posts in the corporation be filled soon. Meanwhile, he has given guidelines for appointing contract accountants to complete the pending accounting work of the MP Civil Supplies Corporation. The minister directed the appointment of only expert employees in outsourcing.
