Mahila Samriddhi Yojana: On the occasion of International Women’s Day, on March 8, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will launch the Mahila Samriddhi Yojana. After the announcement of the CM, registration for the Mahila Samriddhi Yojana will start, and after verification, Rs 2,500 will also be added to the accounts of eligible women.

During the Delhi elections, it was announced by the Bharatiya Janata Party that under the Delhi Mahila Samriddhi Yojana, women will be given financial assistance of ₹ 2500. While releasing the Sankalp Patra, BJP National President JP Nadda said, “Under the Mahila Samriddhi Yojana, ₹ 2,500 will be given monthly. The Bharatiya Janata Party government has been formed in Delhi, and women will benefit from ₹ 2500 very soon.

At present, Rekha Gupta is the CM of Delhi, and the government she leads will send this financial assistance amount directly to the women’s account. The scheme will start on March 8, and the Delhi government is organizing an event for this at Chhatrasal Stadium in Delhi. It is said that under this event, the Delhi CM can financially assist some eligible women. Which women will get the amount?

According to a report, only those women who do not pay tax will be eligible for this scheme whose annual household income is less than Rs 3 lakh. Their age should be between 18 and 60 years, and they should not be doing government jobs.

According to sources in the Times of India, the application for the Mahila Samridhi Yojana will be done online. It is said that a separate website and mobile app can also be launched for Mahila Samridhi Yojana.

The applicant woman should be a citizen of Delhi. The woman should not be a government employee or a retired employee.

This scheme is only for poor women.
The woman should fall under the Below Poverty Line (BPL) or EWS category.
The annual income of the family should be 2.5 lakh to 3 lakh.
The age of the woman should be between 18 to 60 years.
