If you do not maintain a minimum balance, you may be fined from Rs 50 to Rs 250.
The bank has also decided to change its locker rent charge. Now in rural areas, customers will have to pay Rs 1,000 annually on small lockers, while Rs 1,250 will be charged in semi -urban areas and Rs 2,000 in metro cities. At the same time, you will have to pay Rs 2,200, Rs 2,500 and Rs 3,500 for medium size locker. At the same time, for big lockers in big cities, you will have to pay Rs 2,500, Rs 3000 and Rs 5,500.
The bank has also changed the rules of demand draft. Now you will have to pay 0.40 percent charge for DD, which should be between Rs 50 to Rs 15,000. Now you have to pay Rs 200 to issue duplicate demand draft. Earlier it was 150 rupees.
Due to low balance, you will have to pay a fine of Rs 300 per check if the check is returned. In a financial year, you will be charged at the rate of Rs 300 for current account, cash loan and OD account. At the same time, in the event of the return of the fourth check, a fee of Rs 1,000 will be charged from the customers. For some other reason the check is returned, a fee of Rs 100 will be charged. There will be no fee on technical reasons.
