If you want to get any update done in your Aadhaar card, then there can be different charges for this. And for this you may also need other documents. But if you want to update only your photo in your Aadhaar card, then you may have to pay up to Rs 100 for this. You have to make this payment at the enrollment center.
How to update your photo
To update your photo, you have to follow the instructions given below.
- First of all, you have to go to the Aadhaar card website and take an appointment for enrollment.
- After taking the appointment, you have to go to your nearest Aadhaar center and fill the Aadhaar update form.
- After filling out the form properly, submit your form to the Aadhaar supervisor.
- The Aadhaar supervisor will verify your form and give it to the operation for the update.
- The Aadhaar operator will update the photo in your Aadhaar according to the information given in your form.
- After updating the Aadhaar, the operator will give you an acknowledgment slip.
- After this, you will have to pay Rs 100 at the Aadhaar center.
- After a few days, your Aadhaar will be completely updated.
