  1. Visit the link: Go to this link.
  2. Fill in your details: Enter your PAN number, Aadhaar number, and date of birth.
  3. Tick the applicable box: Select the relevant checkbox and click Submit.
  4. Review details: Check all the details displayed on the next screen and submit.
  5. Enter OTP: You will receive an OTP on your registered number. Enter it and click Proceed.
  6. Select payment mode: Choose your preferred payment option and proceed.
  7. Confirm payment: Confirm the payment amount and click Continue.
  8. Download e-PAN: Once the payment is processed, your e-PAN card will be sent to your registered e-mail ID.

How the New PAN Card Differs from the Old One

The new PAN card will feature a QR code that contains all the essential information of the PAN holder. This card is completely paperless and online-based. According to Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav, after the implementation of PAN 2.0, the PAN data vault system will also be introduced, enhancing security and efficiency.
