Ingredients required to make pasta masala:
500 grams pasta
One finely chopped onion
One finely chopped tomato
Finely chopped carrot
One bowl of peas
2 to 3 finely chopped green chillies
Half a teaspoon of turmeric powder
Half a teaspoon of chili powder
One Maggi masala
One tablespoon of pasta masala
One teaspoon of chaat masala
Coriander
Salt according to taste
Method of making pasta masala:
To make pasta masala, first of all, heat half a pan of water in a pan. When the water starts boiling well, add one teaspoon of oil and one teaspoon of salt to it and also add pasta. Boil it for 5 to 10 minutes. When the pasta becomes very soft, strain it with the help of a sieve and take it out in a plate.
Now heat two tablespoons of oil in a pan and add finely chopped green chillies to it. You can add more or less green chillies according to your taste. When the chillies crackle, add finely chopped onion, carrot, peas and tomato and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the vegetables are fried well, add turmeric, chilli and chaat masala and mix well. Now add boiled pasta and one spoon of Maggi masala and one spoon of pasta masala and mix well. Add salt according to taste. Fry it for two to three minutes.
