The Indian Oil Corporation releases the prices of petrol and diesel daily, and today, November 11, the latest fuel rates have been announced. Starting the week with a reduction in petrol and diesel prices, some cities across India have seen a drop in rates. The updated prices have been released for cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Uttar Pradesh, and Patna. Let’s find out where fuel prices have decreased and petrol rates have risen nationwide.
Petrol-diesel rates in four metros of the country
- In Delhi, the price of petrol per litre is Rs 94.72 and the price of diesel is Rs 87.62 per litre.
- In Mumbai, the price of petrol per litre is Rs 103.44 and the price of diesel is Rs 89.97 per litre.
- In Kolkata, the price of petrol per litre is Rs 104.95 and the price of diesel is Rs 91.76 per litre.
- In Chennai, the price of petrol per litre is Rs 100.76 and the price of diesel is Rs 92.35 per litre.
Petrol and diesel became cheaper here!
According to the Indian government oil company, petrol and diesel prices have decreased in some states of Uttar Pradesh. In Ghaziabad, the price of petrol has been reduced by 12 paise and the price of diesel by 14 paise. In Lucknow also, the price of petrol has been reduced by 12 paise and the price of diesel by 14 paise. Apart from UP, the price of petrol has also come down in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Here there has been a decrease of 8 paise in the price of petrol and 7 paise in the price of diesel.
