Under the PM Rural Housing Scheme, the first installment was sent to 75 thousand beneficiaries in Bihar. Rural Development Department Minister Shravan Kumar released the first installment of a program organized to send assistance amounts to the accounts of beneficiaries under the scheme.

The first installment was released to the beneficiaries of the PM Rural Housing Scheme in Bihar. For which Rs 301 crore 18 lakh was spent. Rs 40,000 has been sent to the account as the first installment of the scheme.

How to check whether money has come into the account or not

If you are a beneficiary of PM Housing Scheme and want to know whether money has come in your account or not, then you can check it by the methods mentioned here.

First of all go to the official website of PMAY-G.

Click on “Stakeholders” appearing on the screen and select “IAY / PMAYG Beneficiary” from the drop-down menu.

A page named Search Beneficiary Details will open, enter your registration number and click “Submit”. Installment information will appear on the screen. If you do not have a registration number, you can also search using the beneficiary’s name, BPL number, account number, or other information.

How to check in Umang app

Log in to the Umang app or portal.

Search the PMAYG and click on “Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana – Gramin” option.

Click on “Installment Details” option and enter your registration number.

Know the progress of the scheme

During the program, the minister said that the first target under the scheme was 2,43,903 in September 2024. Under this target, the first installment was paid to about 90,000 beneficiaries in a program held on 17 September 2024, for Rs 360 crore. Subsequently, in a program organized at the state level on 7 October 2024, the first installment was released to more than 1 lakh beneficiaries, for Rs 400 crore.
