PM-JAY: Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) is a crucial program for elderly individuals and disadvantaged groups in society. In this program, elderly individuals over 70 years old receive complimentary health insurance coverage of up to Rs 5 lakh each year, regardless of their financial status.
Know the complete enrollment process
Senior citizens or their relatives can obtain the Ayushman Bharat app from the Google Play Store or the official website. Once the app is installed, users can proceed by choosing their desired language. Select the ‘Login as beneficiary’ option in the app. To do this, input ‘captcha’ and your mobile number. Log in by inputting the OTP that was sent to your mobile device.
Aadhaar number will be required
Once logged in, navigate to the senior citizens’ enrolment option located at the bottom of the home screen. Once you enter the Aadhaar number, confirm it using the OTP sent to your registered mobile number. Next, provide your home address and state details. Once the captcha is completed, the search feature will become active, allowing verification of whether the elderly have registered in the scheme. If registration is not completed, then a new enrollment must be carried out.

Have to put some important infos
To enroll, elderly individuals must provide details such as their mobile number, city, state, address, ward information, and pin code. Once all these details are completed, the application must be submitted. Once all information is completed, send the application in for approval. Once approved, the elderly will receive the Ayushman card, enabling them to access the health benefits offered by the scheme.
