PM Kisan Yojana: The agricultural sector has made a significant contribution to India. Even today, many small farmers continue to face financial difficulties. The central and state governments are implementing various schemes to address this issue and provide financial assistance to farmers.
Crores of farmers in the country are taking advantage of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana. This scheme provides farmers with an annual income of Rs 6 thousand.
PM-Kisan Yojana
The central government launched the PM Kisan Yojana in 2019 with the primary goal of providing financial assistance to small and marginal farmers in the country. The government provides farmers with financial assistance of Rs 6,000 annually.
The government sends this amount directly to the beneficiaries’ bank accounts in three installments through DBT. Each installment receives a payment of Rs 2,000. So far, crores of farmers across the country have received 17 installments. The government has not yet officially revealed the release date for the 18th installment.
Farmers are now eagerly waiting for the 18th installment. According to reports, the central government can release the 18th installment before Diwali in October. However, the government has not yet made any official announcement in this regard. Farmers, on the other hand, will have to complete the e-KYC process in order to receive the next installment. PM Kisan Yojana E-Kyc Process
Now you do not need to go anywhere to do e-KYC. You can do it online from home. To do this, you must visit PM Kisan’s official website (pmkisan.gov.in). After this, you have to follow some easy steps.
First of all, please visit pmkisan.gov.in.
Go to the ‘Farmers Corner’ section and select the ‘e-KYC’ option.
Now enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
Following this, your Aadhaar-linked mobile number will receive an OTP.
Now you have to enter OTP and submit it.
Your e-KYC will then be complete, and you will receive a message on your mobile device.
How to Check PM Kisan Yojana Status
To get status information, you must visit PM Kisan’s official website: https://pmkisan.gov.in. Go to Know Your Status. Now enter the registration number and captcha code. If you do not know the registration number, you can use your mobile or Aadhaar number to find out. You will now receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. After this, you will be able to see the status of the installment.
