PMKSNY: The Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, together with the Government of India, initiated a scheme. Through this Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana, farmers receive financial aid for agricultural activities and household requirements. To date, 18 payments have been received through this scheme, and farmers are now anticipating the 19th payment. Understand which documents are necessary for this and who is eligible to apply.
The PM Kisan Yojana provides farmers with an annual amount of Rs 6,000. Which is provided in the form of Rs 2,000 installments. Farmers have been given 18 payments up to this point. Under the PM Kisan Yojana, payments are issued every four months. The 18th edition came out in the month of October. Based on this, the wait for the 19th installment might conclude in the final week of January or the initial week of February. In other words, farmers will be able to take advantage of the program on the new year. Nonetheless, no declaration has been issued regarding this so far.
When the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana commenced, it included only those farmers who owned a maximum of 2 hectares of land. However, the extent of this plan has been slightly expanded. Individuals whose income comes from sources other than agriculture are excluded from this program. In other words, individuals employed in government roles or running a business will not qualify for the advantages of this scheme.
