PNB Udaan Scheme

If you have an account with Punjab National Bank, there is an important update for you. The public sector bank has issued an alert (PNB Customers Alert) regarding KYC updates. Customers are advised to update their KYC within the given time. If not done on time, transactions may be affected.

PNB has set a deadline of March 26, 2025, for customers to update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details. This is mandatory for those who have not updated their KYC by March 31, 2024. If the KYC update is not completed on time, transactions will be blocked, and customers will not be able to access many banking services.

Why is the KYC Update Necessary? (PNB KYC Update)

Updating KYC is very important as it helps confirm the identity and address of customers. It also protects against financial crimes like fraud and money laundering. By having correct information, banks can easily resolve customer issues and ensure safer transactions.

Customers can update their KYC both online and offline. They will need to provide documents such as proof of identity, proof of address, and a photo. You can submit the documents through PNB One, Internet Banking Service, email, or by post.

To check your KYC status, you can use the PNB One app, visit the nearest branch, or check it through Internet Banking. The bank has also warned customers about KYC-related scams and advised them not to click on suspicious links or download files from unauthorized sources.
