However, this time also the prices of the lpg 19 kg commercial LPG gas cylinders have been changed, while the prices of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders are still the same. Commercial LPG cylinders in Delhi have become costlier by ₹ 39 from the first of Sunday.

Prices increased so much from Delhi to Mumbai

According to the website of IOCL, the new prices of commercial gas cylinders from Delhi to Mumbai have come into effect from 6 am on September 1, 2024. After the latest change, now the 19 kg LPG cylinder in the capital Delhi (Delhi LPG Cylinder Price) has increased from ₹ 1652.50 to ₹ 1691.50.

There has been an increase of ₹ 39 per cylinder here. If we talk about Kolkata, the price of commercial gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price In Kolkata) has increased from ₹ 1764.50 to ₹ 1802.50. That is, it has become costlier by ₹ 38 here.

Talking about other big cities, the price of this 19 kg cylinder in Mumbai (Mumbai LPG Price) has increased to ₹ 1644 from September 1, which increased by ₹ 7 to ₹ 1605 in August.

Its price has been increased for the second consecutive month. Apart from this, the price of LPG cylinders has also increased in Chennai, which has now increased from ₹ 1817 to ₹ 1855 here.

Prices increased continuously after July

Earlier, the prices of commercial cylinders were increased in August, while on the first date of July 2024, oil marketing companies gave the gift of LPG price cut. Companies had reduced the price of commercial gas cylinders and the 19 kg cylinder became cheaper by ₹ 30 in the capital Delhi. Since then, this is the second consecutive month when the blue-colored commercial gas cylinder has become expensive.

Domestic cylinder prices are stable

On one hand, while the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders has changed continuously, on the other hand, oil marketing companies have kept the prices of domestic gas cylinders (LPG Cylinder Price) stable for a long time.

The central government gave a big relief to the consumers of 14 kg domestic gas cylinders on Women’s Day. After this, the price of domestic LPG cylinders was reduced by ₹ 100.

Since then, there has been no change in the price of these cylinders and the price of a cylinder in Delhi is ₹ 803, in Kolkata ₹ 829, in Mumbai ₹ 802.50, and Chennai ₹ 818.50.
