Terrible news has come for the country. The country’s famous and popular businessman and owner of Tata Group, Ratan Tata Ji, breathed his last on Wednesday during treatment in the hospital.
As soon as this news reached the people, the whole country was in mourning. Ratan Tata Ji died at the age of 86. Even at this age, he was handling many posts. His life has left a deep impression on people, which will bring light to their lives.
Ratan Tata Ji never married
Ratan Tata Ji himself told this information during an interview. He said that his marriage almost came to an end. Such coincidences happened that his marriage could not happen.
He further said that it is not that he did not fall in love with anyone in his life. He said that he did not get married but he also got love and due to some reason, it could not turn into marriage.
Parents were divorced
Ratan Tata ji said during his interview that his parents got divorced when he was just 10 years old. He said that this divorce had a very negative impact on his and his brother’s life.
He further told how his parents’ divorce created problems for him and his brother. He told that when he grew up and during his studies, he and his brother had to face ragging and mutual problems which was not considered a common thing at that time.
He told how his grandmother had brought up him and his brother with great difficulty. Mother’s second marriage after divorce also had a great impact on us. Whenever both of us used to go to school, people used to say a lot of things to us regarding this matter but our grandmother used to advise us to maintain patience.
He further said that if his grandmother was not there, he would never have been able to reach Cornell University in America. He wanted to become an architect but his grandmother wanted me to become an engineer.
After college, he said that he got a job in an architecture firm in LA where Ratan Tata worked for 2 years.
Met a girl In Los Angeles
Ratan Tata mentioned one thing and said that when he was working in an architecture firm in Los Angeles, he met a girl and later fell in love with her. Ratan Tata said that he had even planned to marry that girl but due to his grandmother’s sudden illness, he came back.
He said that the year 1962 was a very bad time because the India-China war was going on at that time. At that time, Ratan Tata could come to India alone but his girlfriend could not. In the end, his girlfriend married someone else there and Ratan Tata spent his life alone.
