HDFC Bank Credit Card from 1st October: New rules also come into force along with the new month. From today, Tuesday, October 1, many significant changes have been seen in the Sukanya Samriddhi Yojana, Aadhar Card, CNG-PNG prices, and HDFC Bank Credit Card rules.
These changes are going to have a direct impact on the pocket of the commoner. On the one hand, the first shock on the first date was the price increase in LPG cylinders. On the other hand, a significant change has been made in the HDFC Bank Credit Card rules. So let’s know what has changed from today.
HDFC Credit Card
The rules for HDFC’s credit card have also been changed since October 1. If you use HDFC Bank’s credit card, then the limit for redeeming reward points for Apple’s products on the SmartBuy platform has been set, due to which cardholders will be able to use these reward points only once a month.
Aadhar Card
There have been changes in the rules related to PAN-Aadhaar from October 1. Aadhaar enrollment ID will not be mentioned in the application form for PAN allotment and income tax return. The government has taken this step to prevent duplication. From October 1, 2024, individuals will no longer be able to mention their Aadhaar enrollment ID in the application form for PAN allotment and their income tax returns.
Credit card rules
Punjab National Bank has changed some credit-related service costs applicable to savings accounts. The amendment includes maintaining a minimum average balance, issuing demand draft, making copies of DD, return cost and locker rent charge. The new charges will be applicable from October 1, 2024.
