Ingredients for making mustard greens:

500 grams mustard greens

500 grams spinach greens

500 grams chickpea greens

500 grams bathua greens

Half bowl of finely chopped onions

10 to 15 finely chopped garlic

2 inches finely chopped ginger

Half teaspoon turmeric

Half teaspoon cumin seeds

Salt according to taste

Method of making mustard greens:

First of all, wash all the greens thoroughly and chop them finely. Now put all the finely chopped greens in a cooker, add half teaspoon salt and half teaspoon turmeric powder and let it whistle four to five times. When the whistle of the cooker goes off, mash the greens finely with the help of a masher.

Now put a pan on the gas and prepare the seasoning of the greens. Put two tablespoons of ghee in the pan and heat it. When the ghee becomes hot, add half teaspoon mustard seeds, half teaspoon cumin seeds, and finely chopped ginger and garlic and fry it. When the onion crackles, add the finely chopped onion and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. When the onion and spices are fried well, add the mashed mustard greens to it and fry for three to four minutes on high flame. Your delicious mustard greens are ready. Prepare the greens in this way and serve with corn bread.
