Toll-Free Complaint Number
The government has launched a toll-free number in the Himachal Chief Minister’s Service Resolution Scheme. This toll-free number is 1100. Through this number, you can register your problem for free sitting at home. A call center has been set up under the Himachal Mukhyamantri Seva Sankalp Yojana. Here the operator will ask you your problem, and your complaint will be registered according to the department related to the problem. The time to complain on this toll-free number is also fixed. People can register their complaints by calling the toll-free number anytime from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m..
You can also complain on the portal
Apart from the toll-free number, a portal has also been started in the Himachal Chief Minister’s Service Resolution Scheme. People can also register their complaints by visiting this portal. Citizens can register their complaints on this portal online while sitting at home. Here, people can convey any kind of problem to the government. You can also check the status of your complaint. Complainants can check the status of their complaint on the portal itself. For this, you just have to enter your complaint number on the portal.
There are 56 departments connected to the portal
Under the Chief Minister’s Service Resolution Scheme, 56 departments of the state are connected to this portal. Also, 6500 officers are also connected to the portal. Whatever department people come up with a complaint about, the officials of that department work to solve the problem.
These complaints will not be valid
If you have filed a complaint against the following subjects and departments, then it will not be valid.
1. If a case is registered in any court of the state, then the complaint related to itnumbenot be valid.
2. Complaints related to the right to information will also not be admissible.
3. If any citizen complains about departmental enquiry, transfer of officers, service related matters of government employees, then it will also not be valid.
4. If someone wants to make a complaint against any other state or central or any other government, then it will also not be valid.
