Good news for state govt employees. The state employees and pensioners of Rajasthan have been given a big gift by the Bhajan Lal government. On the anniversary of the Bhajan Lal government, something or the other is being given to the people of the state. In such a situation, the employees and pensioners of the state have also received a gift from the Finance Department. Under this, the Dearness Allowance (DA) of state employees and pensioners has been increased. However, this dearness allowance has been given under the 5th and 6th pay scales.
DA hikes
In fact, the Bhajan Lal government has decided to increase the dearness allowance of state employees and pensioners under the fifth and sixth pay scales. This increased DA is being implemented from July 1. That is, the arrears from July 1 till now will be given to employees and pensioners.
Increase of 12 percent and 7 percent DA
The government is giving increased dearness allowance to the employees and pensioners of the state under the fifth and sixth pay scales. It has been increased by 12 percent and 7 percent respectively. The proposal for dearness allowance has been approved by Deputy CM and Finance Minister Diya Kumari.
Now 455 percent and 246 percent DA will be available
Diya Kumari said that as a result of this decision, the dearness allowance has increased from 443 percent to 455 percent in the fifth pay scale and from 239 percent to 246 percent in the sixth pay scale. This decision is a symbol of diligence, a new dawn of happiness in the lives of our serving and retired state employees. She said that in accordance with the vision of ‘Aapno Agrani Rajasthan’, our government is committed to the all-round upliftment of every section of the state.
