YEIDA Plot Scheme 2024: YEIDA is offering various plans for affordable apartments and plots in Noida. YEIDA has introduced two programs offering plots at reasonable prices. Both of these programs have been introduced for Jewar Airport.
e-auction will be held
The initial scheme includes 451 plots, while the second scheme has introduced 20 plots for which an e-auction will be held. The final day to submit applications for the 20 plot scheme is 18 December 2024. YIDA has launched multiple plots adjacent to Jewar Airport. A sum of 20 plots has been introduced in 17, 18, and 22D. Today is the final opportunity to submit your application for it.
Applications before December 18
Applications for this scheme cannot be submitted after 18 December 2024. Six plots will be made available for Sector 17, five plots for Sector 18, and nine plots for Sector 22D. An e-auction will be conducted for the distribution of these plots. The date set is 20 January 2025. These plots have been allocated to expedite development around Jewar Airport. Their area has been maintained from 11,513.72 sqm to 89,034 sqm. In Sector 17, plots vary in size from 11,513.72 sqm to 24,282 sqm. In Sector 18, plots of 16,188 sqm are available for purchase, while in Sector 22D, you can acquire plots ranging from 20,235 sqm to 89,034 sqm.
YEIDA’s second initiative, where 451 plots were made available. Applications are not being submitted under this scheme anymore. A draw will be conducted for these lots. Plots will be assigned to the applicants on 27 December 2024. A ticket containing the names of all applicants will be selected in the raffle. The person whose name is mentioned will receive the plot. YEIDA has made available all these plots in Noida Sector-24A, sized at 120 square meters, 162 square meters, 200 square meters, and 250 square meters and 260 square meters.
