Here’s how to lock your Aadhaar:

Start by visiting the Aadhaar card portal at myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in. Click on the “Lock or Unlock Aadhaar” option. To lock your Aadhaar, you’ll need your 16-digit virtual ID. Follow the instructions and proceed to the next step. Select “Aadhaar Card Lock,” then enter your VID, captcha, OTP, and PIN code before submitting the information. Your Aadhaar will then be locked.
