• The scheme benefits elderly citizens above 60 years of age in Madhya Pradesh.
• Under this scheme, elderly individuals will be given a free pilgrimage.

• Single pilgrims over 65 years of age and citizens with more than 60 per cent disability are eligible to take a caretaker or assistant with them.

Eligibility Criteria for Mukhyamantri Tirth Darshan Yojana 2023

• The applicant must be a resident of Madhya Pradesh.
• The applicant should not be an income taxpayer.
• The applicant should be above 60 years of age. Women are eligible if they are 58 years or older.
• Citizens with more than 60% disability are exempt from the age limit.
• Applicants can apply individually or in groups, with a maximum group size of 25 citizens.
• If one partner in a couple meets the eligibility requirements, the other partner (regardless of age) can also join the trip.
• The applicant must be physically and mentally fit and free from certain diseases, such as TB, respiratory or coronary diseases, mental illness, and infectious leprosy.

Important: A medical certificate is mandatory with the application, confirming that the applicant is physically and mentally fit and not suffering from any infectious diseases.
