Fastag rules: New regulations have been released by the National Payments Corporation of India, or NPCI. These regulations will go into effect nationally on February 17, 2025, which is today. Fastag Balance Validation is the new rule that has been implemented. In actuality, the blacklist fastag will now need to be recharged promptly. If not, you can be assessed double toll tax. A 70-minute timeframe has been set aside for low balance under the new regulations. In order to avoid paying double toll tax, the recharge must be completed 60 minutes before to the fastag reading on the toll plaza and 10 minutes following the reading. Fastag Balance Check on Google

Initially, the Google Pay app must launch. Following this, one must search using the search box that appears at the top.

After that, you will see the fastag for many banks; choose the fastag for your bank.

You can link your fastag to Googlepe by providing the vehicle number if it is not already linked.

The option to recharge will then appear on the same page as your fastag balance.

Paytm’s Fastag balance

Checking the fastag balance from Paytm is a pretty simple process.

You must open the Paytm app in order to do this. You must then proceed to the Fastag section. It must use the add option that shows at the top to add the car number if there is not a vehicle advertisement.

The balance of your fastag will begin to show as soon as you add.
