Treatment Benefits Under Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Rajya Karmchari Cashless Chikitsa Yojana

Beneficiaries of this scheme can receive treatment at all private and government hospitals affiliated with Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana. There is no financial limit for treatment in government hospitals, while private hospitals have a treatment limit of up to Rs 5 lakh per year. To avail of this scheme, the beneficiary must have a State Health Card.

How to Apply for a State Health Card?

  1. Visit the official website: https://sects.up.gov.in/.
  2. Click on “Apply for State Health Card.”
  3. Enter your mobile number and captcha code, then generate an OTP.
  4. Verify your mobile number with the OTP to open the application form.
  5. Fill in all required details in the form.
  6. Enter the details of dependents in your family and upload the required documents.
  7. Review the information carefully and submit the form.
  8. Wait for verification of your application and documents.
  9. After successful verification, you will receive an SMS with a link. You can also visit https://setu.pmjay.gov.in/setu/pt-deendyal-upadhyay.
  10. Complete your Aadhaar e-KYC and download your State Health Card.
