Unified Pension Scheme: Central employees will get lucky because the government will implement the Unified Pension Scheme. Several employees will benefit from this. As soon as UPS is implemented, employees will have the option to join UPS from NPS. Modi government will implement it from April 1, for which a notification has been issued.

Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority has issued a notification under the National Pension System and given important information. Registration for the Unified Pension Scheme will start on April 1.

You can apply online through the Protean CRA portal (https://npscra.nsdl.co.in). You can also fill out the form offline and submit it. There is a provision for getting a minimum pension of Rs 10,000 under UPS.

Know what is Unified Pension Scheme?

Registration for the Central Government’s Unified Pension Schwillg starts from the first day of the financial year,i.e. April 1. For this, you will have the option to apply online either through the Protean CRA portal (https://npscra.nsdl.co.in).

Apart from this, you will have to fill out the form and submit it through the head office of your department, the Drawing and Disbursing Officer (DDO). Only those government employees who have completed at least 25 years of use will benefit from UPS service. In the case of an employee’s death, death is a provision of five per cent of the pension amount at the time of pension.

How to register through

If you are currently in an over, moment, you will not fill out Form A2.

After this, if you have recently joined a government, you must call A1.

After this, retired government employees will have to fill out Form B2.

Then, if the pensionable employee dies, he must fill out 6.
