If you want a home but don’t know how to get it then today’s article is just for you. Owning a home is a dream that many people share. Countless individuals put in long hours and save diligently to make this dream a reality. They gather their savings to build a place they can call their own. However, for many, achieving this dream is quite challenging. Even after saving a significant amount, some still find it hard to afford a house or land to build one. As a result, many end up living in makeshift homes. To support these individuals, the Government of India offers assistance.
PM Awas Yojana
In 2015, the Government of India launched the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana to help people financially in constructing homes. This initiative aims to provide permanent housing for those currently residing in makeshift shelters.
The scheme offers financial support to those who don’t own a home yet. If you find yourself in this situation, you can apply for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
