According to the information given by the CEO of the company, the facility of order scheduling will be available at about 13000 outlets in Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow and Jaipur.
However, this service will be available for orders of more than 1000. Now the people in these cities are going to have fun. Now, people in Delhi can schedule orders two days in advance.
Announcement of closing Zomato Legends
Zomato has launched the order scheduling feature at a time when recently the company has announced the closure of its intercity food delivery service ‘Zomato Legends’.
Giving information about the closure of Zomato Legends, the company’s CEO Deepinder Goyal had said that after two years of continuous effort, this product has not been able to fit in the market. That is why we have decided to stop this service with immediate effect.
Explaining the reason behind choosing select cities, the CEO of the company said that the food is in stock in these restaurants and there is a consistency in preparing it.
He added that the company plans to add more cities and restaurants to its list soon, removing the order value limit. People seem to be very happy after the arrival of this new Zomato feature.
