You can visit the UIDAI website to find out about the Aadhaar Seva Kendra near you.
Go to the center and tell the officer present there that you want to link your Aadhaar card to the mobile number.
You will have to fill out a form, in which your Aadhaar number and the mobile number you want to link will have to be entered.
After this, biometric information (usually fingerprint) related to your Aadhaar card will be taken.
After verification, your Aadhaar card will be linked to that mobile number.
