Birth Certificate Apply: Now people in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh will not have to run around to get birth certificates. A notice has been posted for the people by the corporation office.

In the notice, this information has been shared with the people that what documents will be required to get a birth certificate. This notice will provide a lot of convenience to the people.

Time period for issuing the birth certificate is 15 days

Now people will not have to wander here and there to get the certificate made in room number 2 of the Municipal Corporation office of Mathura city.

The Birth-Death Department has pasted a notice keeping in view the convenience of the people. People have been told through the notice that what documents will be required to get a birth or death certificate.

Babu Govind Chauhan of the Birth and Death Department gave information and said that if a person wants to get a birth certificate, then he must bring these documents with him.

These documents are required for a birth certificate

Attach the online receipt of birth in the hospital with the Aadhaar card of the parents and an application form and submit it in the office.

For older children, bring school-related documents and submit them here. Their record will be checked in the office.

For children who are born at home, an affidavit of one month and permission of SDM sahab after one year is required.

Documents for death certificate

ID of the deceased (Aadhar, Voter Card, Ration Card, Bank Pass Book, etc.)

ID of the informant (Aadhar, Voter Card, Ration Card, Bank Pass Book, etc.)

Crematorium/graveyard receipt/receipt of cremation material

ID of witnesses (Aadhar, Voter Card, Ration Card, Bank Pass Book, etc.)

Letter pad of your ward councilor

An affidavit after 21 days

An affidavit after 1 year, order of Pargana Magistrate (SDM)

Police FIR in accidental case, copy of postmortem, affidavit

Affidavit of witnesses, photo after 2 years of death
