Families falling under the BPL category can apply for this scheme.
The monthly salary of the applicant’s family should be less than Rs 10,000.
The applicant or any member of his family should not be a government employee or working in any post.
No member of the family should pay income tax.

First of all go to the official website of Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
Click on Application Form For IHHL on the home page.
Now the registration form will appear in front of you.
Enter your mobile number and click on Send OTP option.
Now OTP will come on your number, enter OTP and verify.
Now your registration process will be completed, log in to the portal.
After logging in, the application form will appear in front of you.
Enter the required information in the free toilet application form.
Now upload the required documents.
After fillinling all the information, finally click on the submit option.
