LPG gas cylinder: A good news has come on the second day of June. Now people will have to pay the price of commercial LPG cylinders. Oil marketing companies have reduced the price of 19 kg commercial gas cylinders.
The rate of commercial LPG cylinder has been reduced by Rs 72. This is the third consecutive month when the rate of commercial LPG cylinder has been reduced.
However, the companies have not made any change in the price of 14.2 kg domestic cylinder. According to the IOCL website, the new rates have come into effect from today i.e. June 1, 2024. The price of commercial cylinder in Delhi has been reduced by Rs 69.50.
Now it will be available in the national capital for Rs 1676. The rate of cylinder in Kolkata has come down by Rs 72. Now the cylinder will be available here for Rs 1787.
In Mumbai, the cylinder will be available for Rs 1629, down by Rs 69.50. In Chennai, the cylinder has become Rs 1840.50. In Chandigarh, a 19 kg commercial cylinder will be available for Rs 1697.
Its new rate in Patna has become Rs 1932. In Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 1704 and in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, a 19 kg commercial LPG cylinder will be available for Rs 2050.
Reduction for the third consecutive month
The rate of commercial LPG cylinder has been reduced for the third consecutive month. On May 1, oil marketing companies had reduced the price of 19 kg commercial cylinder by Rs 19. In May, the price of cylinder in New Delhi was Rs 1745.50, in Kolkata Rs 1859, in Mumbai Rs 1698.50, in Chennai Rs 1911.
In April, the price of commercial cylinder was reduced by more than Rs 30. After this reduction, its price in Delhi became Rs 1764.50. In April, commercial gas cylinder was available for Rs 1879 in Kolkata, Rs 1717.50 in Mumbai and Rs 1930 in Chennai.
