Eligibility for Mahila Samman Yojana
Under this scheme, every woman above 18 years of age will be given an amount of Rs 1000 per month. This amount will be directly transferred to the accounts of women.
The women eligible for this scheme will be those who are not currently a part of any pension scheme of the government and Will be natives of the state.

Government employees and income tax-paying candidates will not get the benefit of this scheme. Women eligible for this scheme will have to fill out the application form and give a self-declaration that they are not a part of any government scheme, apart from this they are not government employees and income taxpayers. To avail of the benefits of this scheme, the applicant woman should have an Aadhaar card, PAN card, bank account details, passport size photo, mobile number, and proof of being a resident such as a voter identity card, ration card, domicile certificate, water. Or electricity bill etc.

Mahila Samman Yojana status
Under this scheme, about 50 lakh women will be benefited. With this, women will be able to use the money as per their needs. Currently, due to the Lok Sabha elections, a code of conduct is going on due to which money cannot be released.
Registration for this scheme will start after the code of conduct is lifted. After that, the first installment can be released by July or August.
The application form for this scheme may have to be filled out at the nearest Women’s Welfare Department office or the nearest E-Mitra Centre.
