MUMBAI WEATHER UPDATE: The weather in Mumbai suddenly took a turn. First, there was a dust storm and then light rain started. People suffering from the heat were just taking a sigh of relief when the speed of the storm increased and it became deadly. There is news of the death of many people. Many videos of accidents that occurred during the storm are going viral on social media.

A video is going viral on social media in which it can be seen that a big hoarding is falling on the ground. It was told that this incident took place at the Police Ground Petrol Pump on Eastern Express Highway, Ghatkopar East. According to initial information, about 54 people have been injured while a large number of people have been stranded for hours.

According to the information received till the time of writing the news,people have died during this period. Seeing the seriousness of the matter, CM Shinde visited the spot. In another video, an iron structure standing next to a building under construction is seen collapsing.

According to reports, BMC had already imposed a fine on the hoarding which caused a major accident in Mumbai, and asked it to be removed. It is being told that BMC had imposed a fine of Rs 6 crore 13 lakh 84 thousand for putting up hoardings without permission and had ordered the company to remove it as soon as possible.

It was told that the hoarding had fallen on the petrol pump. A large number of people were present there during that time. The death of 3 people has been confirmed. Chief Ministers Eknath Shinde and Kirti Somaiya have visited the incident site.
