The launch of Oppo Reno 12 series is being eagerly awaited. This series has been in discussion for a long time. The company is going to launch it in China soon. The names of two models in the series have been revealed so far, which will include Oppo Reno 12 and Oppo Reno 12 Pro.
Some specifications of both smartphones are said to be similar while differences may be seen at some places. The phone can have a 5,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging. It may have Dimensity 8200 or Dimensity 8300 chipset. Maximum RAM up to 12 GB and storage up to 512 GB can be provided in the smartphone.
It can also be provided with an in-display fingerprint scanner and an IP65 rating. The phone will run on ColorOS 14 which will be based on Android 14. The company has launched OPPO Reno 12 and OPPO Reno 12 Pro smartphones in its home market China, which come equipped with stylish looks and great specifications.

OPPO Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro Full Specifications in Detail
Display: Both Oppo Reno12 and Reno12 Pro smartphones have been launched on a 6.7-inch FHD+ 1.5K display with 2772 × 1240 pixels resolution. This is a punch-hole style screen made on a Curved OLED panel.
It has a 120Hz refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and 1200nits peak brightness. This phone is equipped with in-display fingerprint sensor technology which is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2.
Processor: Reno 12 series smartphones have been launched on Android 14 based ColorOS 14. For processing, OPPO Reno 12 supports MediaTek Dimensity 8250 octa-core processor which is capable of running at 3.1GHz clock speed.
Whereas OPPO Reno 12 Pro has a 4nm MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor running at 3.35GHz clock speed. The base model supports Mali-G610 MC6 GPU and the Pro model supports Immortalis-G715 GPU.
Back camera: On the back panel of OPPO Reno 12, a 50MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with F/1.8 aperture is provided which works in conjunction with a 50MP Samsung JN5 2x telephoto lens and 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide angle lens.
