If PAN is not linked before the due date, then you will have to pay more TDS. That is, you are going to suffer more financial loss. In such a situation, those who have to pay income tax, their PAN is not linked to Aadhaar card, they can link PAN with Aadhaar as soon as possible.

PAN Aadhaar can be linked by paying a fee of Rs 1000. Linking Aadhaar card to PAN card is not free. For this, you will now have to pay a penalty amount of Rs 1000. This work can be completed through the official website of the Income Tax Department.

You can also do the work of PAN Aadhaar link yourself. For this go to https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/. Here you are given the option of e-filling. Here the facility of PAN Aadhaar link is given.

Here you can link Aadhaar card. Here you do not have to upload any document. You just have to enter Aadhaar card and PAN card number here. And pay the applicable fee. After this your PAN card gets linked to Aadhaar card.
